According to BNetzA-Decision BK7-23-043 concerning the approval of instruments to increase capacity (“ANIKA”) the TSOs shall publish the following information:

The TSOs are obliged to publish a comprehensive process description of the market-based instruments (MBI) listed under tenor 3 lit. b) and the capacity buy-back listed under tenor 3 lit. c) by October 1, 2024.

Publication according to BK7-19-037 (KAP+)
According to BNetzA-Decision BK7-19-037 concerning the approval of an oversubscription and buy-back scheme of the transmission system operators for the offer of additional capacity in the single German market area ("KAP+") the TSOs shall publish the following information:

According to tenor 3 lit. a) KAP+ from 25.03.2020 (BK7-19-037) BNetzA was informed on 28 April 2023 about the amount of additional capacity of all transmission system operators. Based on this, OGE provides a listing on its basic and additional capacities as a download.
OGE emphasizes that this is the only capacity provided by OGE at the specific IPs and and not the VIP capacity provided across TSOs, if applicable.
Publication according to tenor 3 lit. b) KAP+
According to tenor 3 lit. b) KAP+ the TSOs shall submit a joint report, evaluating the use of market-based instruments and the capacity buy-back in the previous gas year. The report was written by the market area manager THE and is published below.
